Shipping destinations

We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. Available services depend on the products in your order and your delivery address.

Processing and delivery times

In-stock dakimakura covers, including Pulchra, are dispatched within 3–7 business days. Delivery for these covers usually takes a further 1–2 weeks after dispatch, depending on your destination. Processing time and transit time are separate; delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Preorders follow the closing dates and estimated dispatch windows on their individual product pages. Made-to-order products follow their product-specific processing information. Please check the product page before ordering, especially if you need an item by a particular date.

Shipping costs and free shipping

Shipping options, costs and eligible free-shipping offers are shown at checkout based on your destination, order value and the products ordered.

For eligible products with standard shipping, the free-shipping threshold is USD 50 across all supported shipping destinations. Currency conversion may affect how the threshold is displayed. Please check the final shipping options at checkout; free standard shipping does not include paid express upgrades or separately charged pillow inserts.

The 50 × 150 cm pillow insert ships separately and has its own shipping charge. Its current standard shipping charge is USD 50 to the supported destinations in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Availability and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.

Preorders and mixed orders

For releases with their own shipping offers or schedules, please follow the information on that product's page. Remielle dakimakura cover preorders include free shipping for the cover; eligible items may be combined, but pillow inserts ship separately with their own fee.

If you plan to order preorder and in-stock items together, or would like separate shipments, please contact us before ordering to confirm the available arrangements and any additional shipping charges.

Dakimakura packaging and included items

All dakimakura pillow covers use discreet outer packaging and include a laundry bag. Pillow inserts are not included with the covers and are sold separately. Please match your cover and insert sizes before ordering.

Tracking and addresses

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. For preorder updates, also check the relevant product page.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.
